Q: How long is turn around ?

A: 5-7 days (not including shipping)

Q: Do you cover shipping the wig to you?

A: We do not cover the shipping to us outside of NYC. However, we do cover the return shipping . In NYC we can pick up and drop off in house.

Q: Can I drop off and pick up at the studio?

A: Normally yes, but with Coronavirus regulations we are not allowed to have customers come to the studio. We can however, come to you for pick up and delivery in NYC, wearing mask and gloves and using sanitized packaging.

Q: What if my wig is lost in the shipping?

A: For shipping to us we recommend you use insurance and tracking. When we ship your hair back to you we will add insurance along with a tracking number.

Q: Once you receive my wig how will you know what style, color or cut I want?

A: Once we receive your package we will unpack take images of the wig then consult with you vie email, phone or video chat (whatever you prefer) to thoroughly decide what we would like to achieve and what is possible and best for the wig. 

Q: Does Wig Reboot or Wig Renew include repair, or hair fill ins?

A: These services are designed to revamp older wigs. Should any wigs need repair services (hair fill ins, fixing a ripped cap, re fronting, etc) these will require extra costs. You can  contact us prior to booking a service to consult should you feel your wig may need additional services. 

Q: Do you offer Wig Repair as a stand alone service (without Reboot or Renew?

A: We do! Please contact us and we can consult.

Q: What is you receive my wig and feel it is not repairable or usable?

A: If we feel we cant bring your wig back to life we will contact you to discuss options. Should it be completely unable to salvage we can refund the service charge. However, you will then be responsible for return shipping. If you have any uncertainty about your wig feel free to consult with us prior to booking. We are happy to help with a complimentary consult.
