Shipping + Returns
 

If you have a problem with hair or wigs, you must return the hair or wig with invoice for us to test before we can resolve . 

Returns on human hair extensions and wigs will be accepted with a service charge. The merchandise must be sent back in the original condition within 10 days of placing your order (it cannot be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered in any way). Shipping charges are not refundable however in some cases applied to future purchases.

For wig and hair services such as but not limited to Reboot and wig renew are non refundable ( with the exception it is not what was agreed on in the documented opening consult). We will resolve any issue you have within 30 days. We provide a complimentary consult prior  to starting any custom work to ensure we will be providing you with the best service possible.
